Refund, Returns and Replacement Policy

All our Shade Sails are custom made upon order and there is No Refunds or Returns for these products.

Please note that we only replace an item because of our error, or the item is damaged in transit.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
